Shipping and Handling

We offer FREE shipping to Germany for most products. Most of our in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. The delivery time within Germany is 3-6 days.

Delivery time may vary due to COVID-19.

For backordered items, please review the selection carefully when placing an order as shipping timeframes are constantly updated in real-time.

Your transit time and carrier may vary. Some products are shipped in separate packages and may have different arrival times.

*Please note that there is a high chance of your delivery being delayed due to public holidays, stock shortages, shipping and customs delays, extreme weather conditions and other scenarios beyond our control. We appreciate your patience during these times.



Processing

Note: For orders with more than one item, the processing time depends on the item with the longest processing time.

We are pleased to announce that most orders can now be dispatched within 48 hours. Please note that a small quantity of orders can still take between 3 and 5 working days depending on stock availability.

Please note that processing time is not included in shipping time. The total time to receive your order is the processing time + shipping time.

If you have problems with your order, you can submit a ticket to our support center for further assistance. Our dedicated CS team will get back to you within 24 hours.

After you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us. If you have any requests about your order, please let us know as soon as possible before your item goes to the processing stage.
