To exchange a damaged product, please contact the Customer Service Center within the first 14 days and request a warranty claim within the period specified for your warranty. We're doing our best to make it as easy as possible for you to get back to work with a full product replacement.



Returns



Feel free to contact Hilodesk Customer Service Center to request a detailed return notification, including return reasons and order number. For defective, wrong or not as described item, please send us clear pictures or video to prove it.



Return Fee: Who will be charged the return fees?



The A.Hilodesk team will cover the return shipping fees if:

The item itself has quality problems with non-human damage, e.g. B. Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Your item was damaged in transit.

Your item was lost in transit or you have not received it for a long time.

You receive the wrong item due to problems caused by Hilodesk team.



B. Customer must bear return shipping cost if:

Unopened and unassembled items within 30 days for any reason.

You do not like the item after receiving it or you no longer need the item after receiving it.

Your order was misplaced due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. wrong address, product size, color and style).

Return the product due to obvious human damage caused by customer (e.g. improper handling, use with extreme force, etc.).

Shipping costs for the return: What are the shipping costs for the return?



If your situation qualifies for situation B, you are responsible for the restocking fee of 30% of your order amount, which includes the actual expedited delivery/storage/restocking fee/destruction fee, etc. fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.



Return and refund process timeline



Step One: Whatever and whenever you want to request a return or refund, please contact Hilodesk first.

Step Two: After communication between us and receipt of Hilodesk return confirmation email notification, please arrange return shipment within 7 days.

Third step: The refund will be processed once the goods are back in our warehouse and checked for damage. Refunds are then processed within 24 hours in most cases.
